Family Medicine & Primary Care

We have a robust Family Medicine department who is here to take care of the whole family. Our providers will care for you holistically through every stage of life, including your physical, mental, and emotional health. Our practice gets to know our patients well and builds caring relationships with whole families. We take care of people of all genders and ages, including newborns, adolescents, and older adults.

Everyone should have a primary care provider, even if you don’t have a current health problem. Our providers are available for routine health screenings and discussions about lifestyle changes, to help- prevent health problems before they develop. We are also able to diagnose and treat both acute and chronic illnesses, along with referring patients to specialists when needed. We will work together to keep you and your family living the healthy life you deserve!

At this time, due to staffing changes, our Family Medicine providers are unable to accept new patients. We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience. We are still seeing our current patients. New patients who are seeking trans health care can contact our Ob Gyn department to make an appointment with our Ob Gyn providers.
